Humber Valley Resort has built a reputation for the high quality levels of its accommodations. Currently over 150 self-contained three to five bedroom uniquely configured chalets are available for rent. Strawberry Hill Resort also features eight individually appointed three bed chalets and The Manor House at Strawberry Hill accommodates six, one bedroom suites.
Rent Humber Valley Resort chalets are designed to make the most of the spectacular views, with vaulted ceilings, large windows to create light-filled interior spaces, and extensive balconies. Ranging in size from over 185 - 660m2 (2,000 - 7,100 ft2), the luxurious timber-framed chalets are complete with generous modern kitchens, spacious living and dining areas, sizeable bedrooms mostly with en-suite bathrooms often featuring whirlpool baths and massage showers. Building materials are selected to blend with the natural forest, golf course and waterfront settings. Each chalet is custom built to obtain the best views and comfort within the Resort's surroundings, as such, chalet configurations may differ.
Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with well appointed linens. Duvets and Pillows are 260 Thread count, 100% White Cotton Ticking and Hypo-Allergenic. Linens are 220 thread count, 100% cotton and Mattress Comforters are 200 thread count, 100% Cotton Surface and Cotton Blend backing. Bath Towels are 100% natural "Rare Quality", Ring Spun and combed cotton.

Three Bedroom Chalets
The range of three bedroom chalets offer a comfortable living space with vaulted ceilings and mason fireplace. In the Lakeside design the great room's massive windows provide spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. The well-arranged layout accommodates en-suites for each bedroom. Minimum Total Area: 255 m2 (2800 ft2).
Four Bedroom Chalets
The four bedroom chalets offer style with ample living space. Often the master bedroom is situated on the main floor and shares a large deck with the living room. The remaining rooms each with en-suite bathrooms have large windows to take advantage of the various settings. Minimum Total Area: 285 m2 (3100 ft2).
Five Bedroom Chalets
The range of five bedroom chalets offers complete luxury. The Twin Peaks Executive design is a first class example, once inside, the impressive entrance immediately opens into a vaulted living room area. The extra large kitchen and dining areas are ideal for entertaining. Upstairs, a quiet study area opens onto the living area below as the expansive windows shed light to both levels. Minimum Total Area: 368 m2(4500 ft2).
One Bedroom Manor House Rooms
Strawberry Hill, a five minute drive from Humber Valley Resort, offers a range of one bedroom suites in the historic Manor House surrounded by attractive grounds. The property is a landmark for the area and distinguished guests have included His Royal Highness Prince Philip and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Today the heritage property offers the majestic charm of the original Manor House as well as the comfort of eight surrounding three bed chalets.
Accommodation Rates and Seasonal Dates
Published accommodation rates for 2007 range from CDN$350 to just under CDN$1,000 per night (excluding applicable sales taxes). At over 2,200 sq ft, the entry level three bedroom chalet is at a superior level than that offered by most others in the market.
One and two bedroom accommodations are also available in limited quantities. Published accommodation rates start at CDN$120 per night (excluding applicable sales taxes) for one bedroom (non chalet) and CDN$270 per night (excluding applicable sales taxes) for our two bedroom chalet offering.
Humber Valley Resort operates a two night minimum stay policy and works to a high and low seasonal pricing structure.
High Season is defined as; February mid term break, Easter, July/August, Christmas & New Year Holidays.
